Perfekte Lage des Hotels, relativ neues Bad im Zimmer, insgesamt sehr schöner Stil.
Kleines Zimmer mit zu wenig Schrankfläche und Stauraum, Koffer können nirgendwo verstaut werden. Ungwöhnlich: Zahlung bei Ankunft.

„Die Lage mitten im sehr lebhaften Viertel El Born bzw.
Die Lage mitten im sehr lebhaften Viertel El Born bzw. Barri gotic, so dass zb die Kathedrale bequem zu Fuß erreichbar war. Gratis Wasserflaschen. Personal hat freundlich auch auf Sonderwünsche reagiert.
WC innenliegend in einem Rigips Kabuff mit sehr niedrig gehängtem WC Becken ohne hinreichendem Abzug. Frühstücksraum sehr dunkel und die Dame darin war schon deutlich vor der Zeit lautstark mit Ab- und Aufräumen beschäftigt, so dass wir uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Keine Lobby, Sitzgruppe, Dachterrasse o.ä., wo man mal hätte sitzen und entspannen können.

„Die Lage des Zimmers im 4.
Die Lage des Zimmers im 4. Stock zur Seite war relativ ruhig, das Zimmer in seiner Größe vollkommen ausreichend. Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen. Durch die kleine Anzahl der Zimmer und auch der rot gemalte Frühstücksraum ein süßes Kleinod. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot reichlich Auswahl.
Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang wirkten etwas überheblich und leicht arrogant, haben während unseres Check-Ins andere Gäste unbeachtet stehen lassen, obwohl drei Mitarbeiter am Empfang standen und nur einer mit uns beschäftigt war, ein absolutes NO GO!!! Beim Frühstück wirkte die Mitarbeiterin etwas lustlos für die Tage die wir da waren. Im Schrank des Hotels waren keine Regale zur Ablage von Kleidungsstücken vorhanden. Trotz Programmtaste für ARD und ZDF TV funktionierten die Sender nicht. Ein Lichtschalter am Bett für die Nachttischlampe funktionierte ebenfalls nicht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer! Kostenloses Wasser, was täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Regenwald Dusche mit Rituals Bad Accessoires.
